Studios and facilities
Where can I find you?
22 studios, across London and in Chelmsford. Use the studio finder on our homepage to search by postcode or area.
Do I need to wear socks?
Yes, socks are worn at all times to keep things clean. Grip socks are preferred, but grippy mats are available if you forget them.
Do you have lockers, changing rooms and towels?
There are free lockers at Brixton, and hooks and cubbies elsewhere. Changing facilities are at all studios. Showers and towels are at most studios, with a few exceptions, ask your studio for details.
What do I need to bring?
Yourself, socks for reformer classes, trainers for strength and endurance classes, and a water bottle.
Do you have disabled access?
Some studios involve stairs. If you have specific access needs, let us know and we'll do everything we can to help.
The concepts
What is Reformer?
Our bread and butter. Low impact, high results. You'll build core strength, improve mobility and get a full body workout using the Reformer machine, across Foundation, Signature, Intense and Postnatal formats.
I'm new to Reformer, where do I start?
Start with at least three Foundation classes, even with a strong movement background. Foundation teaches you how the machine works so you move safely and get the most from every class.
Can I train with an injury?
Yes, with care. Let your trainer know what's going on and they'll help you modify where needed.
I'm pregnant, can I still join a class?
Reformer Pilates can support strength, posture and pelvic floor health during pregnancy, with guidance. We don't recommend starting Reformer for the first time while pregnant, and Intense classes should be avoided throughout. Speak to your studio for full prenatal guidance.
Buying and membership
How does the intro offer work?
5 classes for £50, for first timers only, valid 21 days at one studio. One time use, no rolling over.
What's the difference between a class pack and a recurring pack?
A class pack is pay as you go, used whenever, before it expires. A recurring pack is a monthly payment giving you sessions on repeat, with better value and member perks.
Do my credits roll over?
They don't. Packs refresh monthly and can't carry over.
How do I cancel or freeze my membership?
Email us with 4 weeks notice to cancel. You can freeze for up to 2 weeks, twice a year.
Can I share my credits with someone else?
No, credits are for solo use only, for insurance and safety reasons. Anyone joining needs their own account.
Lateness and cancellations
What if I'm late?
We run a zero lateness policy. Doors close when class starts, so arrive 10 minutes early.
What's the cancellation policy?
More than 12 hours before class, no charge. Within 12 hours, you lose the credit plus a £10 fee. No show, a £20 fee and lost credit. Postnatal, single credits and the intro offer are exempt from no show fees.
What's the refund policy?
We don't offer refunds, but email us if something's gone wrong and we'll try to help.
