“I’m so glad there’s Pilates in Southfields! This studio is really well run, the classes are challenging with many options and they don’t feel overbooked. The instructors are all wonderful. Ciara is amazing at visualizations (legs through water!) and technical work. She is very precise and so welcoming and sweet, especially checking if anyone needs adjustments. I had a really rewarding and tough class with Taryn and she has wonderful positive vibes. So appreciate loading more springs for more challenge and felt so strong! Amy is calm and I love the variety of the things we do in class using the ring, ball, options for making it harder. Scarlett brings the energy and really motivates us especially in those hard last pieces of holding a tough pose! Everyone is amazing and so appreciative of the format and nice equipment I’m officially hooked!”
